Tuyoor Al Amal, Libanon

Thanks to Energy for Refugees and the donors, the school now can count on 19.6 kWp of solar energy and 8.7 kWh of storage capacity. This allows the children and employees to be fully powered by renewable energy 24/7!  

WHERE

Tuyoor Al Amal school is a school based in Tripoli (Lebanon) that educates 3000 displaced Syrian children day and night.

 

The school hosts children who cannot enroll in government schools because of a variety of barriers, such as transportation problems and expenses, discrimination and language barriers. The goal of the school is to provide the children with the tools to help them succeed.
